Fiber Arts Registration

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

2026 Fiber Arts + 

Saturday, September 26th, 2026

 

Set-up Hours: 8:00am ~ 10:00am

Show Hours: 10:00am ~ 4:00pm

Early Indoor Set-up Hours: 3:00pm - 6:00pm Friday Afternoon

BOOTH LOCATIONS are assigned first-come, first-served basis.

 

POWER may be available for indoor booths, however total wattage is limited to 150 watts per booth, and may be restricted further if overall average use exceeds anticipated load levels.

 

WIFI is available through both indoor and outdoor equipment, but if there is unanticipated heavy use, bandwidth may be limited.

 

GENERATORS used for outdoor booths must be rated below 65 dBA at full load and must have spark arrestor technology.

 

It’s recommended that outdoor booth users bring a 10’x10’ canopy in case of inclement weather.

 

Exhibitors are encouraged to send in images and other marketing materials that the LIC may incorporate into event publicity and awareness activities.

 

No refunds unless the LIC is forced to cancel the event due to exigent circumstances,

or the request is received after September 6th, 2026.
